How a Double-Film Wrapping Machine Helped This Overseas Client Earn Nearly a Million in Profit

1. The Challenge: Single-Layer Materials Couldn't Meet Key Client Demands

Malaysian exporter Datuk Ahmad's main product is frozen vegetables, exported to European and North American markets. His client—a major supermarket chain—raised a special requirement: the packaging bag needed a double-layer composite structure, with a food-grade barrier film on the inner layer and a high-strength mesh bag on the outer layer, providing both freshness preservation and breathability.

"We used to use a standard vertical mesh bag machine that could only handle single-layer materials. Changing materials required stopping the machine, removing the film, and re-calibrating—each film change took at least two hours. With the client's tight delivery schedule, we simply couldn't keep up," Ahmad recalled.

Even more troublesome was the tension mismatch between the two layers. On an ordinary machine, the film tended to wrinkle and shift during feeding, and the seals weren't secure. Production line efficiency dropped significantly, and customer complaint rates remained persistently high.

2. The Turning Point: Discovering the Double-Film Solution at a Trade Show

At last year's Guangzhou trade show, Ahmad happened to come across ZSYAN's double-film mesh bag packaging machine. The engineer demonstrated the film change process on the spot: stop the machine → open the film compartment → load the new film roll → thread the film path → press the confirm button. The entire process indeed took only about 90 seconds.

3. Implementation: Remote Diagnostics + On-Site Guidance, Production Within One Week

After returning home, Ahmad contacted ZSYAN's sales team. Due to the unique product form (frozen vegetable blocks), custom bag shapes and heat-sealing parameters were required.
